During the Quezon Managers’ League Annual Meeting & Christmas Party held last December 9, 2025, at St. Jude Coop Hotel and Event Center, attended by 67 managers from different cooperatives and partners, CARE MBA, Inc. General Manager Pelagia C. Mendones announced the distribution of the approved Excess Free and Unassigned Fund Balance by the Insurance Commission, amounting to P17M from the 2024 Annual Statement Verification.
She reported that forty percent (40%) of the said amount shall be allocated to Fund Assigned for Members’ Benefits which will support the following programs:
- Enhanced Equity Value for members in good standing
- Scholarship Program
- CARE FREE Program providing P10,000.00 insurance benefits to members in good standing
- Calamity Assistance
She also reported that the remaining 60% will be allocated to various Fund Assigned:
- Education & Training – 20%
- Electronic Data Processing – 20%
- Capacity Building – 10%
- Research & Development – 10%
