CARE MBA INC. Is a cooperative base mutual benefit association, owned by its member, borne in the province of Quezon.

Its organization took place during the meeting of Community Development Finance Coalition (CDFC) headed by Executive Director, Mr. Ramon C. Yedra at Silangang Nayon, Lucena City.  Present during the said meeting are Chairperson Pelagia C. Mendones of Saint Jude MPC, Atty. Jorge B. Vargas of Quezon Power MPC, and Gen. Manager Cecille de Guzman of Coopbank of Quezon Province (CBQP).  One of the agenda in the meeting is the identification of the project of CDFC which is to put up a Micro Insurance Mutual Benefit Association (MIMBA) for cooperatives members.  This project is due to the fact of the claim difficulty when it comes to a commercial private insurance company.  Mr. Yedra invited the consultant of RIMANSI thru Executive Officer Fanny Maniebo.
